Shipping

Items in stock will ship within 2 days of ordering and you will receive an email notification of it's dispatch, another email will then be sent with the tracking details for the order. We ship to most countries worldwide, but please allow 1-2 weeks after ordering before getting in touch regarding delivery. Some deliveries may take longer to clear due to complication as a result of BREXIT. If an item is not in stock or there's a delay for any reason, will will get in touch to let you know. If an item is out of stock there will either be the option of a refund or a slight wait until we are able to send the order.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES: Any order placed on the website for delivery outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which may be levied when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer. The Seller is not obliged to check and inform the Customer of customs duties and taxes. To find out about these, the Seller advises the Buyer to consult the competent authorities of his/her country.

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders are taken in advance of the book being ready to ship. This allows us to raise revenue and assess demand ahead of printing, and is a huge help in the process of publishing a book. Any items on pre-order will be made clear and an estimated window for it's release will be provided. Please understand that the delivery date can only be an estimation and could be subject to delays. When making a pre-order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, once the book has been made and is ready to ship, you will then receive a notification of its dispatch.

PRINT ORDERS: All artist prints are produced to order, please allow 2 weeks for the production and dispatch of your print. A framing service is available as an addition to all print sales, this would add a further lead to time to the order and requires a consultation process to find the right frame for you. If you would like more information about ordering a print with a frame, please send us an email.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days, and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. If you wish to request a refund due to a failed or returned delivery, we must receive proof of the item being either lost or damaged in order to process the claim. If you need to contact us regarding a request for refund or return, please send an email to studio@guesteditions.com.

To make a return, please send your item back to the appropriate address listed below. The item should be securely wrapped, along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Most of our titles are available as wholesale, either via our distributor ANTENNE BOOKS, or directly via us. If you are a stockist and would like to enquire about any of our titles, please get in touch and we can advise as to whether the books can be supplied directly or via the distributor.
